3. Project Photography & Portfolio
As a contemporary design studio, we take pride in our work. Bawalkson Interiors reserves the right to photograph completed projects for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. We give our word that we will never disclose exact residential addresses or private security details without explicit written consent.

By engaging with Bawalkson Interiors for consultations or full-scale design projects, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that our collaboration remains intentional, practical, and professional.
1. Consultation Sessions & Bookings
Bawalkson Interiors offers specialized sessions, including The Privé Session (₦400,000), The Signature Vision Session (₦400,000), and the Design Review Session (₦250,000).
- Payment: All consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date with our Creative Director.
- Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
2. Design Intellectual Property
All mood boards, floor plans, material selections, and "Signature Vision" roadmaps created by Bawalkson Interiors remain the intellectual property of the studio. These are provided for the client’s personal or specified commercial use and may not be resold or distributed to third-party designers without our consent.
3. Scope of Work
While we strive for "Functional by Design," Bawalkson Interiors acts as a design consultant. Implementation, construction, and third-party contractor performance are the responsibility of the respective vendors, unless a full-service management contract is signed during a Privé Session.
4. Pricing & Estimates
We are committed to delivering exceptional results at reasonable prices. However, market rates for materials and logistics are subject to change. Estimates provided during sessions are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
